The Clinical Study category filters searches on questions of therapy, diagnosis, etiology, prognosis, or clinical prediction guides. It looks for the highest levels of evidence in the literature.
Systemic Reviews filters searches for citations identified as systemic reviews, meta-analyses, reviews of clinical trials, evidence-based medicine, etc.
Medical Genetics filters searches for citations on seven different topics in medical genetics: diagnosis, differential diagnosis, clinical description, management, genetic counseling, molecular genetics, or genetic testing, or a combination of all topics in medical genetics.

The Henderson Repository is a free, online service that collects, preserves, and disseminates digital materials related to all aspects of nursing research. In 2012, the repository expanded to include full-text submissions, adding a new dimension to its robust collection of nearly 40,000 study and presentation abstract-only entries.

Unlike a scholarly journal, the Henderson Repository is not bound by parameters such as topic limitations, page allowances and a set publication schedule. The repository also allows the author or authors to retain copyright to their work. Items submitted to the collections under the Independent Submissions Community are peer-reviewed to ensure quality control standards are met.

The Henderson Repository differs from a research database in that, while the Henderson Repository may contain previously published items in accordance with publisher/journal self-archiving policies, it will also contain previously unpublished items. These resources include, but are not limited to:
