Brief description of LibGuide

Using Reference Books

Reference books are one way to get started with your research. Reference sources like encyclopedias and dictionaries provide background information, definitions, and context that help you understand your topic. They also might point you to other books and articles to check out in bibliographies or "further reading" sections.

Other Reference Sources

Add any other reference sources that might be of interest to students, such as websites or subscription sources (OED, Statistical Abstract, etc.).

Add 2-3 important reference books, either in print or electronic, in this box (or list e-books and print in two  separate boxes).
