Library Research Guides: Student Publishing: How do I submit my work?

For Master's Theses or Dissertations

You will submit your thesis to both MD-SOAR and Proquest ETD. If you have another type of project, see below.

Submit to MD-SOAR	Submit to Proquest ETD
Register at MD-SOAR	Create an account or Login at Proquest ETD
After you receive approval from an administrator: Login to MD-SOAR	Decide whether to publish your thesis using the traditional option or the open access option.
Click on Submit Item to MD-SOAR	Click on Submit my ETD
Add metadata, upload thesis file, choose a creative commons license, agree to the MD-SOAR license. Need more information?
